Shipping

• Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days from our Bengaluru studio.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days across India, with tracking shared the moment the courier picks up.
• Shipping is complimentary on orders above ₹1,999; below that, a flat ₹99 applies.
• Cash on delivery is available across most serviceable pincodes.
• Every order ships in gift-ready packaging — rigid box, cotton pouch, care cloth — at no extra charge.

Replacements

• If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or simply isn't right, raise a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
• Pieces must be unworn and in original packaging. For hygiene, earrings and nose pins are eligible only while the hygiene seal is intact — the same standard every reputable jeweller applies.
• Damaged-on-arrival claims move fastest with a photo of the piece and the packaging; send both to care@aabha.life.
• Replacements ship at our cost. Where a replacement isn't possible, we'll offer store credit or a refund to the original payment method.

The honest bit

The virtual try-on exists to make returns rare — see the proportions on your own face before ordering, and the parcel that arrives stops being a gamble. If something still isn't right, the policy above applies without argument.
