How accurate is the virtual try-on?

The try-on is a styling preview, not photorealistic AR. It places a scaled overlay of the piece using facial landmarks, so proportions and placement are representative — good for judging drop length and scale against your features. Finish and sparkle are best judged from the product photography.

Is my camera footage uploaded anywhere?

No. Try-on processing runs entirely in your browser. Camera frames and uploaded photos never leave your device, and we don't store any biometric data.

How should I store plated jewellery?

In the pouch it arrives in, dry and away from other pieces. Plating wears from friction and chemistry: perfume, sweat and rubbing against harder metals are its three enemies. Spray perfume first, wear jewellery last.

What if the piece doesn't suit me when it arrives?

Unworn pieces in original packaging can be raised for replacement within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene, earrings and nose pins are eligible only if the seal is intact. Full details are on our shipping and returns page.

When will my order dispatch?

Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days across India. You'll receive tracking as soon as the courier picks it up.

The Thread of Dusk alternates deep garnet-tone glass beads with hand-tied knots, so the beads never touch and never rattle. At the centre, one larger hexagon-cut stone interrupts the rhythm. The colour is closest to the sky twenty minutes after sunset — red on its way to violet.

Knotting between beads is old, slow technique; it also happens to be why this necklace moves like fabric instead of chain. We timed a strand: forty minutes of knots for one necklace. Worth it.
